Programs of Wisconsin Act 223 continue the success of farmer led conservation efforts

The new programs created in Wisconsin Act 223 boost the incredibly powerful and successful farmer-led conservation efforts that we have seen develop across Wisconsin, and WPVGA was proud to support that legislation.
